How to Order Your Custom Blanket

For best results, download our print size guide before uploading your photo. If you have design software available, use the guide to ensure all important elements fall within the safe print area to prevent cropping. After sizing, upload your file in jpeg or png format and make sure the size guide template is turned off.

Upload & Describe Your Vision

Upload your pet’s photo and use the comments field to describe your desired setting. You can have the entire picture stay the same, or have it changed to a painting, or have the background removed and put your pet in any desired setting. For example: “My dog sitting on the beach with sunset behind him” or “My cat in a garden with flowers.” However you would like your blanket, describe in the comments what you would like to have done to the photo and you can add names and/or captions. If you want something very specific, you may want to create your own photo with ChatGPT or any AI you prefer. You can then upload it in the correct size and we will get it printed for you.

Photo Tips for Best Results

For pets with distinctive eye colours or unique features, photograph them in bright, even lighting as close as possible. This minimizes shadows and ensures their special characteristics are captured clearly in the final artwork.

Proof Approval

Once your custom blanket is created, we’ll send you a proof for approval before production begins.

Disclaimers:

The quality of your print depends on the details you provide, so please be as specific as possible. Note that images with dark backgrounds will appear even darker in print — for best results, use photos taken in a bright setting. Once you approve your proof, it is considered final and will be sent to production. Orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval. Refunds are only issued in the event of a spelling error in a name or caption.
