Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping is always included in the price of your order — there are no surprise fees at checkout. No matter where you are in Canada, what you see is what you pay!

What if I spelled the name wrong on my order?

Please contact us immediately at fluffypharaoh.store@gmail.com with your order number. If we have not yet begun production on your order we will do our best to make the correction. Unfortunately if production has already begun we are unable to make changes, so please double check your spelling carefully before placing your order!

Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

For all custom photo products (custom canvas, framed canvas, and custom blankets), yes! We will send you a digital proof by email for your approval before we begin production. For our standard personalized products such as blankets, mugs, tote bags and sweatshirts, we work directly from the name or message you provide at checkout.

How do I personalize my order?

Simply add the item to your cart and you will see a text field where you can enter the name or message you would like on your product. Please double check your spelling before submitting your order as we will print exactly what you provide. If you have any special requests or questions about personalization, feel free to contact us at fluffypharaoh.store@gmail.com before ordering.

Where do the products ship from?

Our print provider, Printful, operates warehouses worldwide. We've carefully selected products that ship exclusively from their Canadian warehouse to support local fulfillment. The one exception is our throw blankets, which are not currently produced at the Canadian facility and ship from the USA. We want to assure our Canadian customers that when you purchase a blanket, you're supporting a Canadian store. Printful is a trusted global company with an international presence — not solely USA-based, and not subject to the same trade concerns as American businesses.

How long does it take to ship?

Shipping times vary by product. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with an estimated delivery timeframe. Most products arrive within 1-2 weeks, however throw blankets and custom photo products may take 2-3 weeks as they ship from our USA production facility. We recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance for gifts or special occasions such as Mother's Day or Christmas to ensure timely delivery.

What is the refund policy?

As most of our products are personalized and made to order, refunds are available only in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or mistakes made on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
