Return & Refund Policy
At Fluffy Pharaoh, each product is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or contains a spelling error made on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fluffypharaoh.store@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Important Note on Personalization Before we submit your order for production, please double check the name or message you provide us, as we will print exactly what you submit. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer. However if we make an error entering your information, we will replace or refund your order at no cost to you.
Custom Photo Products For our custom canvas, framed canvas, and blanket orders, a digital proof will be sent to you for approval before production begins. We do our best to ensure colours and details are accurate, however please be aware that printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and print processes.
If you feel your finished product looks significantly different from the approved proof in terms of colour, clarity or quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fluffypharaoh.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Personalized Items If you ordered a non-personalized item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original unused condition for a full refund.
