Shipping Costs At Fluffy Pharaoh, shipping is always included in the price of your order. There are no surprise fees at checkout — what you see is what you pay.

Processing Time Because every order is personalized just for you, please allow 3-5 business days for us to create and approve your design before your order is sent to production. For custom photo products, we will send you a digital proof for approval which may affect processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times Within Canada Once your order enters production, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Mugs, Tote Bags & Sweatshirts — approximately 1-2 weeks from order date
• Throw Blankets — approximately 2-3 weeks from order date, as these ship from our US production facility
• Custom Canvas & Framed Canvas — approximately 2-3 weeks from order date

A Note on Blanket Shipping Our beautiful throw blankets are produced at a US facility and shipped across the border to Canada. Rest assured there are no additional duties or customs fees charged to you — shipping is fully included in your price.
